IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT (SCHOOLS)
You will take a school from four spreadsheets and a paper ledger to a working Skoolarz setup — usually in two to three weeks.
ABOUT
THE ROLE.
Onboarding is where a school decides whether it trusts us. You will run it: agreeing the scope, cleaning and importing student and family data, building the timetable with the school, and training the office, teachers and parents in the right order. Most of the job happens in school offices, next to the people who will use the system every day.
WHAT YOU
WILL DO.
- Lead onboarding projects for several schools at a time, from the kick-off meeting to the first term running on Skoolarz.
- Migrate school data: students, guardians, teachers, fee plans — and resolve the records that need a human decision.
- Configure the platform with each school: academic calendar, class groups, timetable, charges and discounts.
- Train staff and parents, and feed what you learn back to the product team.
WHAT YOU
WILL BRING.
- Three or more years in implementation, consulting or school administration.
- Comfort with messy data — spreadsheets, CSV files and careful checking.
- Calm, clear communication with principals, registrars and bursars, in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel to schools regularly within Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Nice to have: experience working in a school office, a school information system rollout, or basic SQL.
