CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE (ARABIC & ENGLISH)
You will be the person schools call — and the person who calls them first, before a small annoyance becomes a reason to leave.
ABOUT
THE ROLE.
Once a school is live, it needs someone who knows it by name. You will answer questions from registrars, bursars, teachers and parents, check in with schools at the moments that matter in the school year, and make sure every problem either gets solved or reaches someone who can change the code.
WHAT YOU
WILL DO.
- Answer support requests from school staff and parents by email, phone and chat, in Arabic and English.
- Check in proactively at the busy points of the school year: enrolment, the first weeks of term, report cards and fee deadlines.
- Write and update help articles so the same question does not have to be answered twice.
- Log issues clearly for the product team, and follow them through until the school hears back.
WHAT YOU
WILL BRING.
- One or more years in customer support, account management or a school office.
- Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Patience and precision — you check the answer before you send it.
- Comfort learning software quickly and explaining it simply.
Nice to have: experience using a school information system, or with help-desk tools.
WHAT TO
EXPECT.
