A report is only useful if you trust where the number came from. Every figure in Skoolarz is computed from live records — the same records the teacher registered and the parent is looking at — so nobody has to reconcile two versions of the truth before a board meeting.

Where is the money?
Collected against expected for the term, outstanding by grade, overdue by age, and the list of families behind each number. Exportable as CSV when finance wants it in their own model.
Who is not in class?
Attendance by cohort, by subject and by term, with the per-period detail underneath so a figure can be defended rather than just quoted.
How is the year group doing?
Grade distribution per course, computed from the weighted formula rather than from a teacher's separate spreadsheet.
What did we agree to?
Charge and discount configuration, fee plans in force, and the audit trail of who changed what and when.

CSV WHEN YOU NEED IT.
We take a deliberate position here: most "reporting features" in school software are export buttons wearing a costume. If the only way to answer a question is to download a file and open it in a spreadsheet, the system has not answered anything.
So the common questions are answered on screen, in the interface, with drill-down to the underlying records. CSV exists for the cases where finance genuinely needs the raw rows — bulk fee reports, cohort exports — not as the primary way to see your own school.
An honest limitation. Skoolarz is not a business intelligence suite. There is no visual query builder and no custom dashboard designer. What there is: the operational reports a school runs weekly, computed correctly, plus clean exports for the analysis you want to do elsewhere. If your finance team lives in a modelling tool, we would rather feed it well than compete with it badly.
